Taking three summer classes and maintaining good grades is putting a strain on my household chores. (My bedroom is so cluttered I can hardly take it anymore) But, I don't plan on lifting a finger until June 22nd. Well my oldest daughter decided to wash my clothes, my middle daughter swept and mopped and my son keeps the sink clear of dishes. Mind you none of these are their regular chores.
Do you know how many times we have had conversations about "initiative"? My oh My! Teamwork will make a dream work.
I really loved this post! I believe teamwork is a strong and powerful message and something that should be learned from an early age. Teamwork is not only for the workplace but really thrives in your personal life. It will help take the pressure off just one person and helps accomplish things faster if everyone pitches in and completes a task. I do not have kids but my wife and I work as a team and have since we have been together. We know what to expect out of each other and makes for a much happier home, and one person is not expected to do it all. Great post and teamwork and initiative will help build character and serve all who get it well.
